Well well, I have improved upon Toho's quality!!!
Compare these to the Originals, and well.... See for yourself.
Toho did an excellent job restoring this film, but it still wasn't quite up to today's standards. So I used various color modifications in Photoshop, and BOOM I got better contrast, clarity (I sharpened a few areas), and even better SFX. (I fixed up some of the bluescreen crap on the side of the peanut's heads) Brightness was also improved (often lowered in most cases), and in all the shots, there was a nasty green tint. Toho must've kept the contrast low by doing this. So I removed the green tint, lowered the blue levels a bit, and kept the reds as they were, giving a very warm image. On one of the pictures I cleaned up the sky cause it had a nasty film scratch in it.
Oh well, that's just me trying to sound, and be superior to others.
