Personally, while seeing Takarada would have been nice, the excision of the scene was nothing I found to get upset over. For me, after several re-views of the film, I have done a complete 360 and have come to the opinion that the film has much bigger issues. My final assessment of the movie is that it does indeed contain some iconic FX images, but little else. One would have thought that with the time spent, and the various writers used, that the story would have been much tighter and involving and not contain so many lapses of logic. Oh well, it is what it is, hopefully the sequel(if there is one)will prove more involving...Also, getting back to the whole non-issue(for me)of Takarada's unused scene, and any disappointment experienced by Mr. Takarada, the above picture has no relevance, as there is no way of knowing when it was taken.
