Glad it all got removed before I had any chance to see it then (not that I would have since it was posted....."over there"). Leaking the entire script for a film months before it's release is not 'helping' the community at all, it just exponentially increases the likelihood of the film being ruined for many of those same fans who are looking forward to it so much.
I like coming here to talk with others who share my passion for these films and characters, I like speculating about how certain things might play out and reading other people's opinions about stuff, and I'm really looking forward to the new film; but that doesn't mean I want to know everything about it beforehand. I don't want to have to stop coming here in the run-up to release because people start leaking who lives and who dies or all the major beats of the big set pieces or how the film ends or anything like that, if there's a high chance that I could run into that information at any moment, in any thread. I want to see all that stuff for myself when I'm watching the movie and be surprised by how it all plays out, not sitting there going "yup, that guy who said that X would die and Z would be the one who did this was right, so there's that scene then. Next up is the bit where.......yep, here it is." Where's the fun in that? Who seriously wants to watch a movie that way?
In my experience people in general are usually very, very bad at talking around spoilers (I've posted on other boards where people have such little self-awareness of talking about things that will ruin a movie/tv show/game etc. for anyone who hasn't seen/read/played them for themselves yet that it almost staggers belief), and I've been spoiled many times by people who just have no idea how to talk around things properly, so having the chances of the same thing happening again here rise dramatically by having a legit leaked script put out there is not something I consider a good thing, and I'm hoping that not much was actually leaked before everything got locked down.
I already feel like I know too much "actual" leaked information just from the bits and pieces I've seen occasionally posted here and there, the last thing I want is for the entire damn movie to be spoiled, because all it takes is one idiot who can't control themselves to post something, even in response to someone who might have been taking all precautions to cover that information up (the number of times I've seen someone post a spoiler all marked up properly in spoiler tags and then someone respond to them by then talking about that same spoiler right out in the open like the first guy didn't mark it for a good reason is ridiculously high), and that's it, a film can be ruined, and there's nothing you can do about it.
Like I said, I can take a certain few details, for sure. Watching the trailer and speculating about how scenes might play out or what characters might be doing is fun. But having all the details from the entire, actual script leaked online? There's a reason they're called "spoilers" after all, and I really don't want this movie to be spoiled for me months before I've even gotten the chance to see it.
