Toy Fair USA is in two weeks.

Sort of relevant, but that I thought was amusing, about the 3:30 mark.

Well I've ordered the entirety of the toyline through my local comic book store.
WEE!

Looks like I'm gonna have to start frequenting the local comic book store that opened here a couple of years ago to pick up some of this merchandise.

A bit saddened that there are no party banners. But I will be getting that hoodie.

I'm not even gonna lie: I'm a book guy, and I love licensed bookmarks.

Yeah, that seems to be a reference to the first IDW comic published and NOT the movie.

So I went back and looked. Terranigma's post is from 2011...definitely NOT related to the Legendary film in any way shape or form.

I want one of those blankets. I'm going to have to order all of this online though, my Wal-Mart barely stocks the things I'm seeing elsewhere.

ALRIGHT! I'm really starting to get pissed over this Jakks Pacific situation. I'm told that Toy's R Us doesn't even have the chance to put them on the shelf before someone comes in to buy them. Only 1 to 2 are shipped to each store at a time and can not be ordered upon customer request. Instead, Jakks is tied into stock number's per store and replenish when the count is 0. This is absurd. I went to Dallas Comic Con and a dealer tried to stick it to me for $100. I told him I would not pay that amount for an item supposedly available to the general public for twice it's value for a movie that just came out. What the hell is going on?

I dunno, I went into an FYE and saw like 5 of them. Makes me sad my mom paid what she did for mine just to surprise me.

That's good info because I wasn't aware of any other retail outlets other than Toy's R Us that carried it. I've called Jakks Pacific and they're no help. I've called FYE in Austin and they sold all 4 this past weekend. I have to check on other outlets on my way back to Wichita from Texas. This is freakn' nuts!

If you're near a K-Mart you should go check it out for the Jakks Pacific Godzilla. I just picked one up on Saturday on sale for $34 (before tax), it was on an end cap in the toys section.
