Now, I'm not reading these spoilers, I'm just glazing over your guys' posts to make sure everything's staying civil and nobody's violating forum rules or anything:
1 - Looking into the whole IP address thing. I'm no pro at it, so I'll probably wind up getting some assistance from the rest of the mods/admin.
2 - Remember, Edwards defines his grounded, realistic take more or less as follows: "Could a giant, radioactive dinosaur beast rise up from the ocean and blast things and stomp buildings and leave behind radioactive contamination? No. But have we seen cities destroyed by natural disasters and war and laid to waste with radioactive contamination? Yes. It's a fantasy movie with big science fiction elements, but the world's reaction to it and the consequences have to be real." So, grounded and realistic in the same way that Nolan's Batman films are grounded and realistic, which you can pretty easily find articles describing just how unrealistic a lot of stuff in those movies are.
