Doesn't this guy live in Japan? He should've known that they didn't like it, either, including genre heavies like Ken Satsuma and Shusuke Kaneko. He must revoke his citizenship... or fan card... or whatever card he carries to tout about how important his work is.

...seriously, I love that this thread has kept going for like four years. It really is a legacy in its own. XD

I am convinced that years from now, when mankind has long been extinct because of its own flaws, this thread will still be here and will have probably become self aware.

I wonder if that actress with the GBSE did anything else significant since. I have kept out of the scene for years.

Yumiko Shaku has worked in film and TV since her Godzilla days. She has a supporting role in the upcoming PARTNERS: THE MOVIE III, part of the extremely popular AIBOU: TOKYO DETECTIVE DUO franchise. The movie opens in Japan next April.

I don't know if this guy could get his movie idea made, but I wish him good luck with his movie idea.

As long as during the eventual script rewrite there is a scene where Yumiko Shaku shoots bowls out of her eyes at her enemies then I'll support it.
