Kaijuphile used to have one as a branch of the forums, prior to the last upgrade. It saw a fair bit of use in its prime. In any case, I think it'd be worth setting up one for us here, by some means or other. We might at least vet a few ideas.

As a regular thing, this place doesn't seem to have enough traffic to support a chat, honestly. I'm not OPPOSED to one, though.
