Have at it, kids.
Went with some off the wall choices this time. I hope that we have as many viewers as we do voters and that said viewers will actually post and discuss the film, since that's the reason I like these polls.

I was tempted to put War in Space on there.
But I uh... didn't.

There are no more good TV Shows, only ones that haven't disappointed me yet.

I went with Monsters, since I haven't seen it yet, and both the wife and I have been meaning to check it out.
Tokyo, a smoldering memorial to the unknown, an unknown which at this very moment still prevails and could at any time lash out with its terrible destruction anywhere else in the world.

So i rewatched 'Monsters' for the first time in a couple years...Holy New Perspective Batman!!
[SPOILERS]
Because the beginning of the film is a monster attack and then the title card then you meet the two main characters in the aftermath of an attack, i did not notice this before... but the pre title card sequence actually chronologically occurs at the end of the film!! both main characters are present and it is the American military... and one of the soldiers at the end is doing the flight of the valkeries and the dialog is the same but from a different perspective!!
This changes the ending of the film quite a bit
I can see how i wouldn't notice it on a first viewing.
[/SPOILERS]
So other than my mind being blown by that revelation this time around, I loved everything about this movie that i loved the first time.. i think the direction is great for a character driven drama and i think both the main actors are really able to carry the film.
It really makes me curious what Gareth Edwards has in mind for Godzilla

I really love this movie. It does so much with its limited budget and manages to carry itself just fine with the human characters and drama. I don't feel like there need to be more Monsters in the movie like some others seem to think. Not showing the creatures for most of the movie makes it that much more awesome when we get to those final scenes. Glad I got a chance to watch it again since now I'm a bit more hyped for G2014.
klen, I have no idea how you missed the significance of the intro/finale the first time you watched
you must have not been paying attention at the beginning or something... glad you got it this time though! That's why I like the ending of the film the way it is
