With discussion of the new Ultraman set being a popular thread, I thought it a good idea to revive a past poll offering of Showa Ultraman goodness in the form of the first series' two-parter "The Monster Prince" featuring Gomora. In the face of that, Jimmy and his War in Space wouldn't stand to be ignored, so his flashback is up for another vote too. Go, Jimmy!
I saw an Iwakura Gezora on ebay for cheap over the weekend, but couldn't pull the trigger on a purchase because I didn't think he was recognizable enough to be on the shelf with the other Toho monsters. So Space Amoeba's on the poll to prove me wrong. We covered two of the three "mutant" flicks, "Secret of the Telegian" and "The Human Vapor", so I thought why not add the last, "The H-Man", so we can finish up. Being that we recently watched the beginning of Heisei, why not add the end of Heisei, "Godzilla vs. Destroyah" too?
