Favorite Grand Theft Auto Game?

I recently completed the amazing Red Dead Redemption game last summer (can't wait to start on Undead Nightmare!8-) ). This game took me a *long* time to complete due to my job and personal life, both of which haven't left me much time for video games the last few years in Japan. After finishing it, I started playing GTA IV last week (Got the gold pack with LATD and BOGT included as well) and I am naturally enjoying it immensely...I never tire of these games. As much as I love GTAIV, however, I feel that game play-wise and overall scope, it's somewhat of a step down from GTA: San Andreas. As a matter of fact, I would even go as far as to say that I enjoyed GTA: Chinatown Wars for DS/PSP slightly better (though please don't get me wrong, I still think GTA IV is *amazing* and am having a blast thus far).

So I was just wondering...what is everyone's favorite GTA game? For me, I have a lot of sentiment and nostalgia for GTA: Vice City and I absolutely loved the storyline, characters, and 80s atmosphere of them game, followed by the amazing GTA: San Andreas, GTAIII, and Chinatown Wars...

*NOTE: I am not including the pre-GTAIII titles (gta 1, 2, London 61, etc), since GTAIII radically revolutionized and changed the series into what it is today.*

I love GTAIV to death, but Vice City is my favorite. It is the only one I have 100%. I do not know why, but even with the areas that are frustrating I could not put the controller down.
