We launched Club Nintendo 6 years ago in North America, and we’re grateful for all of the feedback that our members have provided on your experiences with our products.
In order to focus on planning for a new customer loyalty program for our fans, we’ve decided to wind-down the Club Nintendo program. We are deeply thankful to our members for being a part of Club Nintendo for all of these years.
We will share details about our new program at a later date. For now, please see the schedule below for information on the discontinuation timeframe for Club Nintendo.
All Coins will be deleted when Club Nintendo accounts are closed on July 1, 2015. As a result, to give our members the best opportunity to use their Coins, we will add dozens of downloadable games and a limited quantity of exclusive reward items to the rewards catalog in February. In addition, as a small token of appreciation for your loyalty, all Club Nintendo members will receive a free download code for Flipnote Studio 3D in February 2015.

I'm not all that surprised really, most of the rewards over the last year have been game offerings and physical rewards weren't really being replenished as the current stock ran out.

I've messed around using the nub on the menu system and it's fairly functional on there can't wait to test it out on other games. I bought MH4U last night but going to wait till I get through Pokemon OmegaRuby to start that.
Tom R VanSlambrouck wrote:Once you get some time with it you'll notice the back is really slippy. N3DS is still an amazing system and it should have been what Nintendo released in the first place.
Tom R VanSlambrouck wrote:I personally find the upgrades to be worth it. The 3D is amazing now and you will actually want to leave it on because no longer do you have to worry about moving the system and bumping the 3D out of focus. I really don't see this becoming a DSi or Gameboy Micro.
Hopefully Nintendo releases more exlusive games for it than just Xenoblade Chronicles.

Man, I forgot how amazing OoT is. I just finished the incredible Water Temple. Just like last time, this is easily my favorite dungeon in the game. It is a shame the boss is chump change.
