Since it's a number 1, you just need to make sure you preorder it specifically at your local comic shop. If it were a "Retailer Incentive" cover instead of a "Subscriber" Cover it would require the retailer to purchase a certain number of issues (10, 25, etc) which is why the RI covers don't have price tags, the retailer can choose to sell them for more.

Really like this guy Buster Moody's style: thick outlines with tons of detail lines and crosshatching - Eastman and Laird by way of R. Crumb!

I was really hoping Ulises Farinas was on Godzilla in Hell as an artist, but it looks like he's the writer. He could have given Stokoe a run for his money with insanely detailed and imaginative art.
