Preview is up on SciFi-Japan:

I felt the art was a bit iffy, but I really feel like they're maintaining a lot of energy here. A lot of it is fallout from the last issue, but I can't wait to see everyone rallying together.

I don't know what it is when Mowry does the action, but I have a really hard time following what's happening on the page. It looks cool, but it's too chaotic.
I like the idea of the Trilipods, but I have a feeling that they should actually be multiple versions of Orga. I'm also surprised that Toho is letting IDW get away with this story line, it's definitely crazier than previous comics.

Just got this, another great issue. Sanda and Gaira really shine here as they take charge against the Trilopods' siege of the Monster Islands. It's cool seeing the Trilopods turn themselves into hybrids of so many different kaiju. Now they've replicated Kumonga, Battra, Rodan, and Baragon.
I think Jeff Zornow's art looks fantastic but I agree that sometimes his action can be hard to follow. His Spacegodzilla vs. Gigan fight in issue #17 wasn't entirely clear and I felt the same way about a few of the panels in this issue when Godzilla and Spacegodzilla battle the SpaceG- and Megaguirus-based Trilopods.
As for the next issue...
