They were quite good and very well written. However, Cerasini sometimes has a few bad habits....the main one being that he tends to cram as many kaiju as possible without developing them at all. Godzilla at World's end was the biggest offender in this category...monsters were quickly introduced, then completely disappeared. In fact, Godzilla himself seems to just make a cameo. Also, constantly making children the main characters of the each book became extremely annoying and repititive(this is Godzilla, not Gamera)....but perhaps Random House forced him to make this approach. The best of these books were
Gvs Robot Monsters and
Godzilla 2000(much better than the film of the same title).
Yeah, that really is unfortunate that
Godzilla and the Lost Continent was never released and I doubt it ever will be either....Cerasini appeared to finally becoming comfortable with writing G stories........a shame really.
