All the talk on the other threads has made me somewhat nostalgic and I realized that I have 2 scrapbooks from back in the day (mid '70's) that I assembled using old (they were new then) Monster Times, Famous Monsters, and other misc. photos and articles from other monster mags. I also have movie ads clipped from the local newspaper (Topeka Capitol Journal) and T.V. Guide listings from the same era. Some pics are rather poor quality as they were gotten from using a copy machine at a local Montgomery Ward (anybody remember that old store?) back when copy machines were cutting edge technology and the copies tended to look pretty washed out. One thing I know is in them was a re-print in one mag of the "Quadzilla Conquers Detroit" promotional ad. Anybody have any suggestions of a use for all this? Obviously, copyright issues, not to mention Toho, would prohibit printing them as stand alone books, but I would think that maybe somebody could use them as supplemental material? Let me know what you all think.
