I really like those Sakai dioramas, especially the Baragon one.

The only Bandai variant I had was the theater exclusive.

Is it possible to reaquire a USA X-Plus for relatively cheap? Kind of really regretting selling my MOSC one now, and not ever opening either for that matter.

The Hyper Hobby Glitter GMK Godzilla is one of my favorites. I like how they had the glitter inside the vinyl instead of sprayed on top like the '96 GForever Series DiscoG. Better to keep the glitter inside the figure so it doesn't flake off when cleaning.

I really love the Hyper Hobby Godzilla but never ended up getting it, although that's why I got that particular version of the Marmit Monster Heaven figure.

I'd really like to pick up this particular figure. I keep passing on it, but one of these days...

Here are my M1 GMKs. Do you know which are original releases and which are KaijuZoo customs?

I'm guessing the one on the far left and the brown one in the centre are released figures by M1. The others are all customs are they not?

Close, very close actually. The blue one was originally going to be a custom, based on a suggested customization in the January '03 issue of Hyper Hobby. After we'd agreed on the color scheme but before work had begun I found out M1 was releasing it as a special lottery figure (this was over a year since that HH issue). I knew that would make it hard to find, but I didn't want a custom matching an officially released color scheme so we went with the red + gold highlights.

I think it came out great. The all gold one too.

This one goes out to Glow-nut

It's a Yutaka Bottle Cap Collection... the level of detail is kind of crummy on the sculpts, but they glow in the dark, so that kind of makes it ok.

And here is the gashapon from the Bandai HG series 8:

The GMK gashapons are probably some of, if not the best gashapons out there.

Yeh, the Baragon is sadly my favorite realistic rendition of the GMK iteration... i say "sadly" because i would love to have a larger one, but i really don't have much love for the 8" Bandai sculpt..

Well, from time to time he seems to get spooked by some of them.

Cheating a little with this Carlton ornament, since it's not specifically a GMK piece; it's more of a composite with an obvious GMK influence... However, I was really happy with how these pictures turned out, so, deal with it.
