Wow Kaijuzoo, this is what this thread is all about! Looking forward to seeing the others.

The golden Banpresto has a better looking tail than the original sculpt, very nice.

I've only ever seen a handful of gashapons, and that's only because I was tracking down a Red Baron.

Thanks for noticing that, klen7. The original flat-line tail dragging would not work with my display base so I just reshaped it to give it the curve and some lift. I think it adds a bit more dynamism to the nice sculpt.

This is a great thread but it suffers from a lack of glow figures:

I really love Toygraph figures. I've only got one (the '54 eating the train I posted on page 1), but I'd love to get a few more eventually. It seems like they do a whole lot of various versions of the '54 Godzilla. But for some reason they just aren't nearly as common to find as other high end vinyl like Marmits or M1's.

OK, two more Toygraph G'54 figs for you!
Original poster version with plane in hand, Black/White theater exclusive from 2007:

And the marvelous maquette sculpt (blue/black/GID fins) with the Dr. Serizawa diver mini, also from 2007:

Ah, I always wanted that maquette toygraph with serizawa diver... And specifically, THAT color scheme.... But man, they're all fantastic!

That M1 looks retarded...and in a good way haha.

Toygraphs look nice. They always seem to have pretty nice figures whenever I see them online. They seem pretty rare to get usually.

Carlton Cards. Hallmark isn't doing the Godzilla ornaments.

Can't think of any G'54 I own other than the few versions of the SD figures made. Oh, and the one in the BOA Pack of Destruction.

That G '54 is the only one of those Carlton ornaments I don't have. My parents get me the new one every Christmas, but they didn't start until the year after that figure came out.

I am posting a bit late after the start of the thread, but excellent first choice for a figure character.

This would be something if it was gold plated. :D I remember now that Tsuburaya released not long ago (or will release) a couple (or three) Ultraman head styled ornaments that you wear like buttons. The eyes are semi-precious stones. They cost a little bit. Just imagine if they did a gold plated Gojira. Now that would be a piece. :D You would want an acrylic case cover for that.

Since we snuck in some prototypes of the G54 suit, I wonder if anyone has a figure of the G54 skeleton that we could work into the loophole... I've seen a kit for it, but i'm sure there has to be something else out there

I don't' have the skeleton but here is the 2003 Marmit blue spray Glow in the Dark version of the Illustrated Godzilla '54.

Got to have the G'54 tribute to the man that started it all, Haruo Nakajima by M1Go.

And another retro-styled exclusive G'54 by ToyGraph for the 2008 Osaka Mandarake store opening.
