It's from Chikyu boueigun, who has had some quality control issues in the past...but... GMK Baragon!! I love that guy, and he isn't getting much love from any other line thats active right now.

I'm working from an ipad and don't feel like going through the trouble it would take to post pics, but next to that Rodan they also have a '74/'75 Godzila bank. From the front it looks pretty cool, if a bit cartoonish. From the side the head looks pretty goofy.
