I have a few, as well as another fella that goes by "Trendmasters" on various forums.

And here's his Flickr:

He's helped out on a few articles on the line such as this one on SciFi Japan:

Another just came out in a magazine. I'm waiting for that in the mail, still. Couldn't tell you the name, though. Sent him an email about it, earlier. So I may know soon enough.
I don't think he'd be keen on letting these go for casting, though. Same as me. Been toying with some 3D scans, but I need some software updates to properly manipulate the files - proprietary formats are all I have access to.
Some other pics, but you'll have to pick through them, as they're collection photos:

Taking a cast on these would be pretty difficult, I'd think. The 10" Animateds use the same leg joint as the Ultimate, so you can't remove them without breaking them. And the resins are very delicate. Perhaps some of the resin test shots, but those are, again, very fragile. In addition, there were some parts on resins that won't survive a casting no matter how gentle you are, so plastic would be the way to go. But then, so much detail was already lost between the resins and the production pieces, I wonder if a cast of a production piece would be all that great.
