Thanks for the kind comments. All it takes is money, space and time... LOL.
Klen7-
I bought Lancelot Link as a Christmas gift for a friend years ago but foolishly did not get a copy for myself. I may ask him for it back, since his kids are much older now and I doubt he's watched any of them since the rugrats hit high school age.
Kain-
Yeah, I have ALL of the releases from Generation Kikaida. Sure wish they'd do more, but with the continued reports of the downward slide / "death" of physical media, it may be off-putting for a small company like JN Pro. It would be so awesome to get all of the Showa-era riders in legit R1 subbed quality releases. I'd also like to pick up Inazuman Flash. Alas, it may never happen. BTW.. Kain, I see a LOT of tokusatsu in you vast library that I do not have. Please PM me regarding subbed stuff, especially Showa riders and sentai. THX.
Shadow-
I picked up the Chanthology on a whim and fell in love with Charlie. I think I have all of the current box sets available, but I'm not 100% sure. There are only, (again I
think), four movies left in the enitre film series that are not in these sets and they are all from the Roland Winters-era. The movies are short, fun and keep you guessing. I would make a crummy detective since I have about a 1in 5 success rate figuring out whodunnit! Another fun fact, Keye Luke also when on to actually voice Charlie Chan in the HB series Charlie Chan & The Chan Clan. I don't have that show. I also don't have any Mr. Moto (Peter Lorre) or Mr. Wong (Boris Karloff) in my collection - yet. Eventually I'd like to. The CHAN box sets are nice but space wasters; one 14mm case per film! Ugh! I was able to use PictureIt! 7.0 & 2005 Photoshop to make labels that allowed me to condense the big sets down to one 14mm 4-disc pack per set. A nifty space savings. Speaking of space, that SPACE:1999 set is next on my radar. I'm going to split each season into an 8-disc case that'll probably reduce the shelf size by... 90% or so. I'll take pics of the before and after.
