What is wrong with these covers? Sure, it isn't the classic art, but I like how IV-VI were homages to the original artwork.
Come to think of it, where do you even get these from?

That's such a bizarre cover. I mean, not having Gigan is strange; including the obscured and hard to make out form of Ghidorah is strange; and that shot of Godzilla with his eyes closed... very strange.

Well, in fairness, having two of the singing girl from vs. Mechagodzilla on the cover for Gigan was a really bizarre move on New World's part. But their cover is still vastly superior.

Can I revive this thread and say that DC's DTV movies covers lately have been abysmal.
They started out well enough, using iconic images or versions of the cover of the comic they were adapting.
Failing they they at least used the character designs and stylings from the movie.
But ever since Justice League Doom it's all been photoshoped bullcrap. But the last two, The Dark Knight Returns Part 1 and 2 are absolutely horrendous.
Seriously? One of the biggest and well know Batman stories and you DON'T use something like... I dunno... this?
I love all the movies they've released, but they really need to just rethink the covers.
