Well, an edited dubbed version called Space Warriors 2000 came out here at one point or another. It's on YouTube and it's pretty awful.
The version we reviewed is available subbed as well on YouTube.

Apparently, Space Warriors 2000 was made available via the same Cinema Shares TV syndication package you got Godzilla vs. Gigan, Godzilla vs. Megalon, and Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla with.
My favorite bit of obscure trivia about this obscure movie!
