What's the pace of these sets? Have they been spaced a year apart?

Amazon is currently having a sale: all Super Sentai DVDs from Shout Factory for around $30 or under each, including the upcoming Carraanger. If you ever wanted any of these, now is the chance. I think the Power Rangers DVD sets are also on sale.

After the wreck that was Ohranger, Toei hired comedy writer Yoshio Urasawa to take the driver's seat of their next Sentai series. Thus, Gekisou Sentai Carranger (Power Rangers Turbo in the US) was born. This series received great wreck-ignition for being a parody of Super Sentai as it brought new life into a tire-d franchise by constantly making fun of the various tropes the series had endured in its 20 year lifespan. However, did this series shift new ideas into the franchise or did it crash and burn? Watch this review to find out.
