Both Baby Driver and Okja come out next week (June 28th)! Getting awful excited for what I assume will be a double dose of awesome from two of the greatest filmmakers around. I'm pumped for both of these films!

'Spider-Man': Willem Dafoe's Original Green Goblin Mask Was Amazing

Holy Moley! That was incredible! I wish we got to see this mask in the movie instead of the helmet, with appropriate lighting Raimi could have had some very fright worthy scenes for the Green Goblin. This mask must have been scrapped relatively late if the FX team was so far along with it. I never had much of a problem with the but it never quite gelled with the rest of the movie where Raimi had the film tuned into the Spider-Man comics of the 60s and 70s. Seeing these videos could explain why, Sony execs may have stepped in and forced a change either because the Sony execs wanted it done or had it changed at DeFoe's request.

I predict Keanu will shoot a hundred people in the head while looking incredible in a black suit with black shirt.

^The movie as a whole wasn't as good, but the complete and utter madness of some of the sequences charmed the pants off of me: Keanu and Common having the low-key shootout in a public place, their silencer-cushioned gunshots going unnoticed by the large group of people passing by them? Keanu running through the city being attacked by a selection of seemingly random people (all part of the secret criminal society) and having to improvise creative ways to kill them? The fact that they just said - f*** it! Let's do the hall of mirrors thing from Enter the Dragon?

'Annihilation' Trailer Sends Natalie Portman on a Terrifying Mission

^I've read the book. Think Lovecraftian, but with a David Lynch-like unwillingness to confirm what is happening or what it means.

i love Saga, but I can't see it translating well into live action.
