BTW, last Saturday I saw Stuffed and Unstrung, the muppet improve comedy show. Pretty cool being in the same room as Brian Henson doing his thing!

Yep. I remember seeing them do this as a lark several years ago. But now it's a traveling Broadway venue type show.

I love that they're doing all these parody trailers & posters. It's such a great fit for the Muppets in general, but also the upcoming movie in particular.

Really excited for this next week. I know it's coming out Wednesday, but I probably won't be able to see it 'till Saturday.

I'm moderately excited, but I'm not sure when I'll get to see it. Such a busy week coming up, but I hope this will be worth the wait.

THE MUPPETS 2011 BEST FILM. D8

I LOVED IT SO MUCH. I laughed. So hard. More than anyone else in the theater, apparently.

And, yeah, I teared up a couple of times. I'm a softie when the movie's good enough. D:

Yeah, I think I may have laughed a little too loudly when I watched it. Well, me and this guy in the main back.

"We had a conversation and we decided that a celebrity is not a people."

That line particularly made me crack up. (It's probably misquoted as well).

Saw it with Kiryugoji and some friends, and it was truly great. I burst out in a long string of uncontrollable laughter several times, which only happens with exceptionally funny comedies.

I saw it with some friends. The theatre wasn't even half full, but man was it hilarious. I was laughing uncontrollably for almost the entire film. It was great to see it maintain the original Muppet spirit.

Really good.

Though to be honest, it didn't pick up for me until they got to the theater and started doing more Muppet Show-y stuff.

The middle was so-so, for me. With Kermit feeling at times a little unnecessarily moody. He's better when he's dealing with the insanity of the gang (kidnapping  ) than lamenting his sorrows.

The third act, though, and all the rehearsal stuff were just great for me. NPH's cameo for me was by far the funniest and possibly one of my favorite one-liners in the whole movie.

Just got back from it.

It was great, not quite as good as the first two films, but it's nicely bringing up the rear behind them!

It's successfully reattains that Muppety tone that they only really had for the '70s and early '80s. I'd like to list my favorites parts, but there were too many jokes, songs, and little moments that made me smile. Oh, I'll mention one: Rowlf's awesome story.

I can't wait to watch this film again. Loved it the first time around. My family is comprised of Muppets fans...I'm kind of the black sheep as I only "like" them most of the time but I did really dig this film

It might be a bit too "cutesy" for you Mouth. I actually can't recall any PG or G family friendly movies that you said you like alot lol.
