Again, I've got to say that with a few tweaks everything I've seen that's making up this kind of not good looking Venom movie could be shifted into a quite adequate Guyver movie (with practical monster suits of course).

I'm probably being overly simplistic, but the only real change I saw from the previous trailer was when they showed the symbiote in the glass tube, previously it was all black (as it should have been), now it looks like black and yellow mixed and looks like somebody had a really bad time in the restroom. If there are any fathers out there, that changed their baby's FIRST diaper, you know what I mean.

It's like Venom contains all of Sony's bad ideas about making a viable Spidey franchise of their own apart from Marvel/Disney and Spider-Verse contains every good idea. It's night and day.

Except for Jake Johnson as Peter Parker. That's a terrible idea and sounds awful to my ears.

^... I kinda like it. I like the idea that Peter, about at middle age, would be kind of a burnout by virtue of the continual stress of being Spidey.

Middle Age Parker is great actually, I just think it would have been better if they got Christopher Daniel Barnes to reprise the role. I mean the 1994 series ended with a Spiderverse 2-parter, Even Ultimate Spider-Man (2012-2016) had 2 separate Spiderverse multi part episodes very similar to some of the plot of the upcoming film
