Sounds like more good to me, very glad that Breck Eisner seems so very interested in sticking close to Alex Raymond's strip, even making reasonable tweaks in adaptain Flash Gordon for the big screen. While, I agree with Eisner that the post-moon landing world of today means audiences in general have a somewhat altered perception, I disagree that people are more "savvy" today than they were 70 years ago. The adage, "the more things change the more they stay the same" always seems to hold true.

Attempt? Kind of like how Michaelangelo attempted to paint the Sistene Chapel I guess...
I still don't think this film should be touched. But if anyone can maybe pull even straighter from the original pulp strips, maybe it's Waititi. Would live to see an actual CG lion-man and maybe some monsters in a new film

There are no more good TV Shows, only ones that haven't disappointed me yet.
