We almost let the auspicious day slip away without remark! Godzilla '54 debuted on this day 61 years ago. Currently amid one of his many comebacks, he has no less than three movies in development (one of which is in production). He shows no sign of retiring.

To celebrate I watched - Godzilla Raids Again, Monster Zero, Terror of MechaGodzilla, and Godzilla vs. Destroyah!

61 years and counting... I'm a fan since the late 70s, so that´s a lot of time watching Godzilla movies. We had excellent, good, dull, terrible movies and everything in between. But each and everyone of them is memorable for a reason or another .
