^With all the conjecture and hearsay and stuff lost in translation I wonder just how much of our knowledge of these lost movies is kosher?

Either way, I'm fascinated by the idea that Toho was gonna do Mothra vs. Began as the followup to Godzilla vs. Biollante, with Godzilla vs. Began after that... though certainly it would have made more sense if Began defeated Mothra, right? Otherwise it's just two movies of Bagan getting his ass kicked? "Hey, remember how Mothra mopped the floor with Bagan? Now

^There are actually two different things going on here. You have people who's native tongue is English, that are just bad actors, and those who obviously don't speak English, struggling with their lines. These things exist in all Godzilla era films, going all the way to the "OH IT's GOJIRA!" helicopter pilot in KK vs G, its just that they are usually dubbed over so we don't notice .

Oh I agree, but I understand they just wanted it all together for the video compilation. Personally I think the American UN Representative's lines aren't that bad.

"The time has come, finally, to put our technology to the final test" has always really bugged me. It would have been sooo easy to replace "finally" with "at last," or else to replace "final test" with "ultimate test."
