Just one question: What's the first shot from, right after the Toho logo? (I suspected Son of Godzilla.)

The International trailer isn't a bad idea either... 
Good guess, that first shot is indeed from Son of Godzilla. It's from the third disc of the Final Box extras, which has a bunch of cut/deleted/alternate takes from a couple of the movies. There are a few other shots from that featurette in the trailer too. Hopefully that stuff ends up on the blu-rays.
