For me I got to pick Legion. It was unique yet a flat out tough kaiju. In a sense it’s like a perfect kaiju, it can burrow, fly, has energy beams, has an absorbing energy shield, plus drones upon countless drones to serve it. All that power is nothing to sneeze at. I liked the fact that it is not relatable -that you can't read it, that Legion is indeed an alien (Example: Giger made his design for the Alien to not have any eyes, so that you can't read him or humanize him.), a unique foe that you can't underestimate. I like the fact that you can't tell if he's really hurt or not. It fits that cold single-minded purpose that it had (almost machine like). And he came across very powerful in the process.
Anyway Legion got my vote.
