Here is a clip from the Bermuda Depths with the giant sea turtle. It was a Rankin-Bass and Tsuburaya co production. They also did The Last Dinosaur tv movie.

Return of Ultraman
• Episode 15: Eledortoise (Eredootasu) - It's got a shell and a turtle-like neck, plus what I'm pretty sure is a "Tortoise" reference in its name.
• Episode 24: Kingstron (Kingusutoron) - This one's less explicitly turtley but it's a quadruped with a very turtle-like shell. Think Black King if Black King were a turtle.
• Episode 31: Plurma (Puruuma) - Again, not explicitly a turtle but that's the major motif here from what I can tell.

Ultraman Ace
• Episode 19: King Kappa - Based on a Kappa (it has a swimming pool on top of its head!) so it's got the shell and such.

Ultraman Taro
• Episodes 4 & 5: King Tortoise, Queen Tortoise, & Mini Tortoise - Jackpot! A whole family!

Ultraman Leo
• Episode 44: Black Garon - I can't say for certain based on the photo this book has but I'm 90% sure this is another turtle-influenced design. Think Gabara with a more frog-like face and a turtle shell.

Ultraman Cosmos
• Episode 51: Mazalgas/ChaosMazalgas (Mazarugasu) - Basically the Cosmos revamp of King Kappa.
• Episode 56: Kawa no Ji - And then five episodes later they did a LITERAL Kappa. XD
