The North American premiere of Fate/stay night [Heaven’s Feel] THE MOVIE II. lost butterfly (劇場版「Fate/stay night[Heaven’s Feel] II. lost butterfly」, Gekijō-ban Fate/stay night[Heaven’s Feel] II. lost butterfly, 2019) on Saturday, February 23, 2019 has sold out less than four hours after tickets for both screenings went on sale at 11AM (PST) on January 17. The screenings will be held at Regal L.A. Live in downtown Los Angeles.
As the latest installment of the action-packed film trilogy, II. lost butterfly follows Fate/stay night [Heaven’s Feel] THE MOVIE I. presage flower (劇場版 「Fate／stay night [Heaven’s Feel] I.presage flower」, Gekijō-ban Fate/stay night[Heaven’s Feel] I.presage flower), which premiered in the U.S. in November of 2017. Attendees of the North America premiere will receive an exclusive giveaway and a chance to catch a secret surprise guest at the screening.
Those unable to attend the premiere can look forward to the nationwide release on March 14 distributed by Fathom Events. Tickets for the nationwide release will go on sale January 25, with more details to follow soon.
Fate/stay night [Heaven’s Feel] THE MOVIE II. lost butterfly is the latest installment of the beloved series from the creators of the wildly popular Fate franchise that gave anime fans Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works], Fate/Zero, Fate/Apocrypha, and the hit mobile game, Fate/Grand Order. This three-part movie follows the third route, known as the “Sakura Route,” of the Fate/stay night visual novel game, with the first chapter of the Heaven’s Feel trilogy, I. presage flower, released in 2017 to much fanfare.
