The 18th Century. On a stormy night, deep in the mountains, a man has lost his way in the forest and comes across a small shrine. When he enters, the space suddenly turns into a room in a different world. One after another appear the spirits of abandoned umbrellas, discarded kimonos, and other such spectral things which harbor a deep-seated bitterness. The man painstakingly mends these paraphernalia and brings them comfort. “You served people faithfully until you turned to rags. Your rest is well earned.”
