Due to an ailment with her lungs, Suni (Park Bo-young) and her mother move to the clean air of the countryside. One day, they discover a strange feral boy (Song Joong-ki) lurking around the property. Thinking he’s a refugee of the war, they take him in and discover that he doesn’t know how to read or speak. As Suni attempts to “civilize” the beast, naming him Cheol-su, the two eventually become very close.
But soon, outside forces threaten to pull them apart… and as the threat closes in, Cheol-su starts to let loose his bestial instincts.
