ASSAULT GIRLS (Asaruto Garuzu, 2009) is a live action sci-fi adventure from Mamoru Oshii, the award-winning director of GHOST IN THE SHELL (Kokaku Kidotai, 1995), AVALON (2001), GHOST IN THE SHELL 2: INNOCENCE (2004), GHOST IN THE SHELL 2.0 (Kokaku Kidotai 2.0, 2008), and THE SKY CRAWLERS (Sukai Kurora, 2008). ASSAULT GIRLS will be released on Region 1 DVD and Blu-ray by Well Go USA, Inc. on October 19th. The suggested retail prices are $24.98 (DVD) and $26.98 (Blu-ray).
To celebrate the upcoming North American release of ASSAULT GIRLS, Well Go USA is giving SciFi Japan readers in the United States and Canada a chance to win a free ASSAULT GIRLS Prize Pack containing the DVD and poster for the film.
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES and INFORMATION
A. There are five (5) prizes, each containing Well Go USA’s ASSAULT GIRLS DVD and movie poster.
B. Well Go USA will mail the prizes to the contest winners so entrants must include a valid mailing address. This contest is only open to entrants in the United States and Canada.
C. In the event that a winner chooses not to (or cannot) accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize.
D. One entry per person. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution of prizes allowed.
Duration of contests:
A.The “ASSAULT GIRLS DVD and POSTER” contest runs from October 10 until 12:00am on October 18, 2010.

Determination of winners:
A. Only contestants who have submitted the requested information will be entered in the final drawing. The first randomly drawn eligible entry will be judged the winner for this contest.
